Returns & Exchanges

At RESVRGO, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

We encourage customers to review sizing and product details carefully before placing an order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, all items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement if applicable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as required by law.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a verified issue, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
